How & Where do you ship from?
All our orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Asia
Since we are sourcing all our products from various suppliers around the world (not only in Asia) it brings complexity to the logistic chain. For some products delivery will be faster, others a little bit longer. We are constantly working towards reducing our overall delivery times.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

* Recent orders tracking analysis shows that:
85% of our orders to NA/EU/AUS/NZ are delivered in about 9-12 days.
10% from 13 to 15 days.
5% from 7 to 8 days.
Should you not have received your order or a tracking update after 17 days, please contact us.
If we can locate your shipment and expect just a few more days to deliver your order we will kindly ask for your patience and in return offer a separate discount. If we cannot we will proceed with a full refund immediately, no discussion asked! Even if you receive your order in the end... in that case we hope to receive a positive review? 🙏🏻 Package loss may happen but is rare (less than 0.07% of all our orders up to now).
Covid-19 UPDATE
Some of our suppliers have been affected by the last covid-19 variant and this is affecting their resources and personel. It was reported to us that some of our shipments can be delayed by up to 7-10 days. We're very sorry for any inconvience caused. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email that contains your tracking details.
